You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Zoomtech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for those services.

4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment

Payment terms include cash or MPESA on or before delivery, Cash, Bank transfer, Cheque, Debit or Credit card.
For Bank transfer and cheque payment must go through before delivery while debit and credit card payments can only be done from Zoomtech stores.
Please also note, payment on delivery is for customers within Nairobi and its environs. All other customers are advised to make payment so that their order can be processed and shipped immediately payment is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

At Zoomtech  We Guarantees a secure and affordable next door deliver with Nairobi and its Environs

For clients outside Nairobi, Please reach us through our contacts(+254 721 111 175 email:Sales@zoomtechke.co.ke) to arrange for the delivery,

Delivery process:

1. Zoomtech offers free delivery for goods within Nairobi Central Business District
2. Orders Outside Nairobi are delivered at a cost depending on means of delivery agreed with the client

Delivery Time:

Same-day Delivery in Nairobi for order placed before 3:00PM

Following day dispatch and 1-4 days delivery time countrywide

Cut-off time for Public Holidays is 12:00PM

Returning Policy

Goods must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Must have been Purchased within the last 7 days,

Must be in their original packaging and condition

Proper and Supported reasons for return as follows:

Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged when we deliver to buyer.

Not matching the product description: The product does not match the description on the webpage. The product picture and description should be accurate, which can truly reflect the product color and attributes.

Wrong product: Items delivered to the customer are not the same to what is showing from zoomtechke.co.ke

Missing parts or product: We did not deliver all products or did not send all the components ,

Any other reason for exchange apart from the above mentioned can be considered to allow exchange

The following Goods are not eligible for return:

Goods made or customized to your specifications or personalized

Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery

Goods that deteriorate quickly or have an expiry date that has passed

Refunds

Once we receive the returned Item and is inspected, we will contact to notify you that we have received your returned purchased item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 days

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Regular-priced Goods may be refunded. 

Goods on sale or on offer cannot be refunded unless it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Please send the Goods to the following address: Digital Shopping Mall M15. Please note we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in transit. A refund cannot be issued without proof of receipt or return delivery.

Exchanges

We do exchange goods if they are defective as well as if they are in good condition. 

In circumstances where you buy a product and for any reason you realize you need to exchange the product just visit our store as long as the product has the original seal and in good condition we will exchange for you.

Consequently, in circumstances where you buy a product and realize its defective, we will exchange it.

Additional charges may be incurred for shipping of exchange goods.
